Please read these terms and conditions along with our privacy policy before ordering through our website or apps. Just Convenience Ltd provides the Just Convenience Services though our website and Mobile Applications subject to the terms and conditions which follow on this page.

2. ORDERS

YOUR ORDER

We at Just Convenience provide a method, namely the provision of software for you to place an order with your local convenience store.
Your agreement is with Just Convenience Ltd. The delivery will be made from the stores that we partner with but we are not responsible for the delivery driver or the items that they deliver to you. However, we endeavour to take all reasonable steps to assist in ensuring that you are happy with our service.
Just convenience ltd is neither the buyer nor the seller of the advertised produce. Just convenience provides a platform for the customer (you) to order products and complete transactions. In this respect the contract is formed at the completion of the sale for these third party products which exists solely between you and the store (also our partner). Just convenience is not a party to this contract nor assumes any responsibility arising out of the same in connection with the store or its agent(s).
By ordering via Just Convenience Ltd, you are indicating that you understand and agree to these terms.

YOUR LEGAL STATUS

By placing an order through our website or app you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract with us and that you are at least 18 years old.

ALLERGY INFORMATION

In the event that you suffer from any allergies, it is important that you endeavour to pre-check the labels for the ingredients prior to purchase. Just Convenience will not be held responsible for any injury or loss which may arise from the same

ORDERS CONTAINING ALCOHOL, TOBACCO OR OTHER AGE RESTRICTED ITEMS

It is an offence for any person under the age of 18 to buy/attempt to buy, alcohol, tobacco or other age restricted items, or for any other person to buy/attempt to buy, alcohol, tobacco or other smoking products or age restricted items on behalf of any person who is under the age of 18.

When ordering alcohol, tobacco or other age restricted products you warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

When age restricted products are delivered / collected you may be asked to provide proof of id.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery/collection in accordance with our regulatory requirements and ethical policy. We reserve the right to refuse delivery or collection if the recipient is unable to provide ID and they appear to be under the age of 21. Equally we will refuse delivery or accept an order to a person is actually purchasing/appears to be purchasing on behalf of someone who is under the age of 18. We also endeavour to act responsibly and refuse service and delivery of alcohol/tobacco/other age restricted items whereby the person appears to be under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

DELIVERY TIMES

Our delivery times are intended to be estimates only. We can’t guarantee that that order will be delivered by any quoted times. However we ensure that we will do our upmost to ensure our partners continue to remain capable of maintaining delivery times. In the event that you are not happy with our service we would ask that you contact the store (our partner) in the first instance, failing which you can contact us via the contact details provided herein.

DELIVERY FEES

Please note that there may be a delivery charge applicable to your order which will vary depending on the store from which you place your order. It may be that there is no charge payable, or it may be free on condition such as that you are within a prescribed distance from your local store. Please be aware that all such conditions and such delivery charges will be clearly highlighted on your chosen store and confirmed in your basket prior to confirming your final order.

In the event of a failed delivery, which has arisen possibly because of your failure, you will still be charged for the items and the delivery fee if you are determined to be the cause. Such factors for delivery failure may include (but are not limited to), you not coming to the door when delivery arrives and/or not responding to the delivery driver/store using contact information you have provided us and failing to provide access within a reasonable amount of time, and the delivery driver is unable to find a safe location to leave the order.

An order may also fail, as detailed above if the driver refuses to deliver to you because of Age related concerns, where the product being delivered is Alcohol, Tobacco or some other age restricted item. The store will reserve its right to charge a delivery fee in such eventuality if the recipient does not meet age restrictions or fails on ethical grounds as described above.

We would respectfully ask, that should such a situation arise, that you contact us on the details provided herein and we endeavour to do our best to resolve the issues you raise without prejudice.

CANCELLED ORDERS/REJECTED ORDERS

We at Just Convenience, aim to assist the provision of your order through our software and we hope that you are entirely satisfied with the same. However it may transpire that your order may not be fulfilled and be subsequently cancelled or rejected by our partners. This may be because an item/items are out of stock or the store is unable for some unforeseen reason unable to make the delivery.

Any payment made in relation to cancelled/voided/refused orders will be voided. For most banks this will show on your statement within 24 hours, however some banks will take up to 10 days to refund the transaction.

SUBSTITUTIONS/OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Our Stores will always endeavour to provide you with the products you have chosen, however it maybe that the store may provide you with a close alternative if the one chosen is unavailable. If it transpires the alternative is cheaper than the original selected item, you will be refunded the difference by the store, and if the alternative is greater in value than the original selection, then there will be no additional cost payable by you. Any amendments made to your original order will be reflected on the receipt of purchase, which you should ensure that you check thoroughly on receipt of your delivery from the store.

All items are subject to availability.

In the event that you are unhappy with any of the items they can be returned to the driver and you will receive a refund for those items from the store/our partner.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES POLICY

Once an order is placed/processed, the stores are under no obligation to amend or cancel such orders. However the latter remains at the discretion of the store, and it maybe that they are willing to amend or cancel such order, however we would suggest that you contact the store directly in the first instance, failing which you can contact us at the details provided herein.

PRICE MARKED PRODUCTS

The price of the item(s) you order will be the price on the Just Convenience site/app at the time you place your order. In the event that a selected product is subject to a promotion/multi buy promotion “after” your order is received by the store, which may be advertised on the packaging of the product(s) ordered, then these promotions or prices will not be applicable to your order.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

The Before you place an order(s) for item(s) using our application, you may choose to open a Just Convenience account. Please note this is optional and you may proceed to complete your order as a one off transaction, however note that you will still be required to provide data sensitive and personal information to complete any transaction. The creation of an account with Just convenience Ltd is at your discretion and designed to ease/facilitate repeat transactions. We have explained how we will handle any of your personal data and our obligations to you in this regard below under the section Privacy policy.

When you open an account you may create a password or other secure login method. You will also have to provide credit/debit card details regardless of whether you choose to create an account. In creating an account you must personally ensure that any password you create, any login details must be kept secret and prevent others from access to this information regarding your account or credit details. If any unauthorised use occurs, you will be responsible for any items that are ordered, and we will not be held responsible for any losses that you suffer, unless the person(s) using your details obtained it because we did not keep that information secure.

You may at any time close such an account by contacting us through our website or app. We may also continue to close your account if we believe that your account has been used without your authorisation, and/or we also reserve the right to close or suspend your account if we believe that you are abusing the account, for example by applying for refunds or credit which we do not consider you are entitled to or that you make repeated unreasonable complaints, mistreat our staff or for any other good reason.

4.PERSONALISATION & RECOMMENDATIONS

As part of Just convenience Services to you, we may recommend products and services including third party rights which might be of interest to you, and recognise your preferences and attempt to personalise your online experience at Just Convenience Ltd.

In the event that our site contains links to other sites and resources provided by a third party, these are provided for your information only. We are not to accept any responsibility or have any control over these external sites and/or resources and do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage which may arise from your use of the same.

5. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you utilise any Just convenience service or contact us via email/text, or the “like”, you are communicating with us electronically and we will utilise such mediums to respond to you which may include in-app push notices, emails or texts through our website, app or other Just Convenience Services. Contractually, you will agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, notices and other communications that we provide you via electronic methods satisfy any legal requirement that such Communications be in writing, unless mandatory applicable laws specifically require a different form of communication.

6.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Any Logos, button Icons, page Headers, graphics, Scripts and service names included in our website or app or made through any Just Convenience Ltd Service are trademarks or trade dress of Just Convenience Ltd and may not be used in conjunction with any product/service/promotion that is not endorsed by Just convenience Ltd and/or that is likely to discredit/tarnish the reputation of Just Convenience. We would like to confirm that all other trademarks that appear in the provision of our online services which are not owned by Just Convenience Ltd remain the property of their respective owners who may or may not retain an affiliation/connection to Just Convenience Ltd

We at Just Convenience are the owners of or are licensees of all of the intellectual property rights used in or on our site. All the material published on our site is protected by copyright laws from around the globe. You must not reproduce, download, republish, copy, broadcast, transmit or utilise any content from our site in any way unless it is solely for your own non-commercial usage.

7. LIABILITY

We at Just convenience limited will do our upmost to ensure that the provision of our services remains without disruption. However we cannot be held responsible for loss of service due to internet provision/receipt. It may also transpire that from time to time our service to you may be affected by temporary suspension or restriction to allow for repairs/maintenance/upgrading of our site, however we will endeavour to limit the frequency or length of any such disruption and we apologise in advance for any such inconvenience this may cause.

Our terms and conditions do not exclude or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We will under no circumstances be liable to you for any loss of profit, sales or other business revenue, loss of goodwill, anticipated saving, or any other consequential loss.

Our maximum liability is the value of your order.

9. VARIATION OF TERMS

We reserve the right to remove, revise, and vary the terms contained on this page at our discretion. We would expect you to maintain reasonable diligence to check the contents of our terms and conditions as any changes we make may affect you.
